    This tea is bursting with immune-boosting antioxidants from the tea, ginger and lemon! 

    Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 inch fresh ginger root, roughly chopped
    1/2 lemon, juice and fruit
    2 teaspoons honey
    1 black tea bag

    Directions

    1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients (squeezing the lemon to add juice, then dropping the fruit in the saucepan) over medium-high heat. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    2. Pour through a small strainer into a mug. Find a cozy spot to sit and enjoy!
