    Energizing smoothie Heart Smart Gluten Free Low Sodium

    Enjoy this healthful smoothie for breakfast, as an on-the-go snack or even dessert! The protein, fiber and natural sweetness will satisfy your hunger and cravings as you go about your day.

    Ingredients

    4 clementine oranges, peeled
    3/4 cup fat-free milk
    2 teaspoons honey
    1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
    3/4 cup fat-free Greek vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup ice cubes

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend 1 to 3 minutes or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
