    Boost bone health with blueberries! Blueberries contain manganese, an important mineral for building your bones.

    Ingredients

    2 cups crushed ice
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup unsweetened blueberry nectar or juice
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1/4 cup seltzer water
    1/4 cup frozen concentrated grapefruit juice

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, pausing to scrape sides as needed.
    2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
