    Seasoned bean dip Gluten Free Low Sodium

    Lima beans contain a variety of B vitamins, which helps your body break down carbohydrate, protein and fat.

    Ingredients

    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
    2 teaspoons minced fresh sage
    1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 15-ounce can no-salt-added baby lima beans
    variety of cut vegetables: carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers*

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients (except cut vegetables) in a blender or food processor. Pulse for 30 to 60 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.
    2. Enjoy with fresh cut vegetables.*
