    Sandwich skewers

    This skewer is a snack that satisfies! With 16 grams of protein in just 1 serving, it’ll keep you full and focused for any task on your "plate." 


    18 slices thinly sliced whole-grain bread
    18 ounces deli-sliced roast beef
    9 slices Swiss cheese
    12 6-inch wooden skewers


    1. Make 9 sandwiches using 2 slices of bread, 2 slices of meat and 1 slice of cheese on each. Cut each sandwich into four squares.
    2. Place 3 squares on each skewer. Arrange sandwich skewers on a platter and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
    3. Enjoy!
