Our nurse practitioner works closely with physicians, surgeons and
families to care for individuals with cancer and support them through all
stages of treatment. Working closely with our medical oncologist, the nurse
practitioner will see you on a regular basis to ensure that potential side effects
of treatment are managed. The nurse practitioner will provide holistic care
that addresses the needs of your body, mind and spirit. After you have
completed treatment, the nurse practitioner will provide you with a
survivorship treatment summary.
The cancer care coordinator is an experienced registered nurse who
meets with patients and families to provide support and assist in efficiently navigating
