Wheelchair lacrosse

  • Wheelchair lacrosse photoWheelchair Lacrosse is a new and challenging game for players interested in fast paced action.  This sport packs a punch and involves speed, finesse and team work. Wheelchair Lacrosse is played on a roller hockey rink or box lacrosse pad.  It is 8 players per side; 2 players must remain in the offensive half and 3 in the defensive half at all times. Wheelchair lacrosse is played using a no-bounce ball and sports chairs or rugby chairs.  Wheelchair Lacrosse offers the complete package, it is physical, high demand, lightning fast, fun. Season length is April-July, but it is never too late to join.

Please Note: No participant will be turned away due to financial hardships. Cost sharing and scholarships are available. Contact the program coordinator for more information.
