    Experience the thrill of one of the Minnesota’s great winter sports! Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute and the Loppet Foundation team up to offer cross country ski lessons for beginner to intermediate level skiers. One-to-one instruction is available for both “stand-up” skiers and “seated” disciplines.

    NEW – 2019 Nordic Ski & Biathlon Camp 

    January 25-27, 2019 at Theodore Wirth Park
    This two and a half day Nordic ski and Biathlon camp is designed for youth and adults with disabilities interested in learning how to Nordic ski or taking their skills to the next level! Paralympic development Nordic and Biathlon coach, BethAnn Chamberlain, and Courage Kenny Nordic volunteers will be providing group instruction for both sit-style and stand up skiers, including visually impaired skiers.
