ANGMA has cared for adults for more than 20 years. We specialize in adult primary care and treat chronic issues, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Care providers at each of our locations (Eden Prairie, Edina, Minneapolis and Plymouth) are innovative, collaborative and focused on meeting your specific health care needs with the highest quality care.

The clinic is part of the Center for Outpatient Care, conveniently located at the corner of Highway 169 and I-494. The Center offers many specialty services and a healing environment with inviting spaces and a nearby wetland.
