Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching available at Penny George™ Institute for Health and Healing at Owatonna Hospital

Interested in discovering what motivates you, what gets in the way and how to manage and work through those obstacles? Integrative Health & Wellness coaching will help you identify your unique plan for health and collaborate on strategies that will work for you. Common areas of focus include exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress.

Sessions are held over the phone, in-person at Penny George Institute for Health and Healing—Owatonna Hospital or a combination of these options to fit your needs.

Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday with the coach at times that fit both the client and coach’s schedules.

Linda Hoffman, OTR/L, is the Integrative Health & Wellness coach. She’s a licensed occupational therapist for more than 20 years and has been certified by the WellCoaches Health and Wellness Coaching program. She’s passed the national certification exam for health and wellness coaches and has been providing coaching services through Penny George Institute for more than three years.

Initial sessions are one hour for $60. Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes for $30. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call 507-977-2171.
