Allina Health hosts upcoming community health dialogue in St. Paul

ST. PAUL, Minn. 03/07/2016

On Wednesday, March 30, and Thursday, April 7, United Hospital, part of Allina Health, will host community health dialogues to gather your ideas about what United Hospital can do to address the community’s health needs. 

United Hospital would like to hear from community members to help determine what role they can play in addressing important health issues in their community. United Hospital is looking for feedback from Ramsey County community members with many perspectives as residents, workers and neighbors. Input will guide decisions about community-based programs and services over the next three years. 

The community health dialogue is an opportunity for community members to provide their input on priority health areas including: preventing obesity, mental health stigma, and access to healthy foods. All residents are invited to attend one of these dialogues:

Thursday, April 7, 2016 
8:30 – 11:00 a.m.

We can accommodate up to 50 community members at each dialogue, participants are asked to register for planning purposes. To register, visit at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CHNAregister.

Participants will receive a $10 Target gift card as a token of appreciation. Interpretation services are available upon request.
