Two Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute clinics combine and expand in new Forest Lake location

Two Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute clinic locations in Forest Lake have combined into one new location, at 1467 Lake Street S., Suite 300. The clinics were located at 146 N. Lake Street and at 555 W. Broadway Avenue.

Services at the new location include orthopedic and neurological physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology for adult and pediatric patients. Specialty services include:

  • Balance and vestibular therapy
  • Driver assessment and training
  • Lee Silverman's Voice Treatment® - Loud
  • Pediatric feeding therapy (oral/sensory)
  • Pelvic pain and urinary incontinence therapy
  • Cancer rehabilitation, STAR Program® certified
  • Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) therapy

Part of Allina Health, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute was created in 2013 by the merger of Courage Center and Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. At the time of the merger, both organizations had clinics located in Forest Lake. The clinic will offer the same high level of expertise and service which were available at the former locations. Bills will continue to come from Abbott Northwestern Hospital.
