Asian chicken salad

This salad includes foods from 3 of the 5 food groups (fruits, vegetables and protein), making it a nutrient-packed meal to keep your immune system healthy!

Ingredients: 
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 large Napa cabbage (about 2 1/2 pounds), cut in half and thinly sliced
1 small head red cabbage (about 4 ounces), cut in half and thinly sliced
1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken breast, shredded
4 scallions (bulb and greens), thinly sliced
2 medium Cara Cara oranges, broken into sections and cut in halves
2 cups chopped carrots
1/2 cup chow mein noodles
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, orange juice, honey and ginger.
2. Add next 6 ingredients and toss until well-coated.
3. Just before serving, sprinkle chow mein noodles and almonds over the top. Enjoy!
