Where can I see my provider?
- If you have an appointment scheduled before Nov. 1, 2025 at our Inver Grove Heights, Maplewood, Nicollet Mall or Oakdale clinics, please plan to keep it as scheduled. Your appointment is not affected by this closure and will remain in place.
- Our Chaska clinic has been temporarily closed due to a fire that affected the facility. the Chaska clinic will reopen for patient care on Monday, Sept. 15 and the last day for patient appointments will be Jan. 31, 2026.
- Our goal is to support you in transitioning your care to the Allina Health clinic of your choice and make this change as smooth as possible.

Why is my clinic closing?
This decision was both difficult and necessary as we work to balance maintaining access to care with utilizing our real estate footprint more efficiently. After a thorough review we found significant opportunities to utilize space more efficiently and affordably.
How do I schedule future appointments?

No. Providing expert, high-quality care for our patients remains our top priority. We will continue providing care throughout Allina Health’s broad network of primary and specialty care clinics.

For help with prescription refills, please contact your clinic. We’re here to ensure you continue receiving the medications you need without interruption.
I have transportation challenges and am concerned about getting to a different clinic?
We partner with local community services, including transportation, to help patients reduce barriers to accessing care. Please contact your care team who can discuss possible options with you.
