Unity Hospital's Joint Commission accreditation

Unity Hospital is committed to providing safe and quality care to all patients served. We are accredited by the Joint Commission, a not-for-profit agency that serves to help ensure and monitor the quality and safety of patient care.

As part of ongoing accreditation, Unity Hospital was surveyed by the Joint Commission in November 2008.

If you feel the services provided have in any way compromised patient safety or not met accepted quality of care standards, please contact our patient representative's office at 763-236-3121 so your concerns can be addressed.
