Acupuncture

Acupuncture is part of an ancient medical system called traditional Chinese medicine. An acupuncturist, a person who has special training, gently inserts fine, sterile acupuncture needles through your skin to help promote health and treat illness or pain.

Fitness consultations and training with an exercise physiologist

These consultations can help you develop exercise programs to enhance your overall health. They can be used to improve strength and endurance, reduce blood pressure, improve sleep patterns, increase energy and lead to a possible reduction of risk of certain cancerns. Individuals may be most interested in this service if they are new to exercise, living with chronic pain or another chronic condition, dealing with injuries or disabilities, looking to advance a current exercise program or in need of motivation.

  • $90 fitness assessment
  • $70 personal training session (packages offered at a reduced rate)
  • $55 Med Gem/metabolic rate testing

Integrative medicine consultations with a nurse practitioner

Integrative medicine is the practice of medicine, performed by a physician or a nurse practitioner, that blends conventional and complementary treatments, along with other integrative health approaches.

  • $200 initial consultation and session
  • $70 follow up session

Nutrition consultations

Based on the strong relationship between nutrients and how your body works, integrative nutrition can help your body restore health, prevent illness and recover from disease. The nutritionist looks for causes of disease and how to overcome them with healthful foods.

  • $100 initial consultation and session
  • $70 follow up session

Medical massage

A therapist massages your skin and underlying muscles to promote health, healing and relaxation. Therapeutic massage can soften stiff muscles and improve muscle tone. It can reduce pain and muscle tension, lower blood pressure and heart rate, improve circulation and your immune response, and increase your body's "feel good" chemicals.

  • $45 for 30 minutes
  • $70 for 60 minutes
  • $100 for 90 minutes

Please note, first-time visits have slightly less massage time as the therapist performs an initial consultation on your massage preferences and health needs.
