High Risk Breast Clinic

A program of:

United Hospital offers a clinic for people at high risk to develop breast cancer.

The High Risk Breast Clinic offers a complete assessment of your breast cancer risk, plus a plan for preventive screenings. You’ll meet with a surgeon, genetic counselor, and registered nurse.

They will create an individualized plan, including coordination of breast cancer screenings and options for reducing your breast cancer risk. The goal of screenings is to discover breast cancer at the earliest possible stage, when it’s most treatable. For some patients, the option of genetic testing may be discussed.

Steps for a clinic appointment:

  1. First, talk with your primary care provider.
  2. Check with your insurance company about coverage before making an appointment.
  3. Call 651-241-8300 to schedule an appointment.
