Joseph W. Rucker, MD, FACS, offers plastic surgery procedures at River Falls Area Hospital.

Rucker completed his medical degree at the College of Human Medicine, Michigan State University, East Lansing. That was followed by five years in general surgery, a three-year residency in plastic surgery and a fellowship in breast reconstruction. He is board certified by the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

Plastic and cosmetic surgery is available at River Falls Area Hospital. Consultation and/or treatment is available in the areas of:
