You have a right to a medical interpreter at no cost to you. Please let the nurse know if you would like to have an interpreter available during your visit.

Hearing impaired services

In addition to a wide array of spoken languages, we offer American Sign Language (ASL) oral and tactile interpreters to patients who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or who have low vision. A telecommunications device is available to help hearing impaired patients or patients who want to communicate with a hearing impaired relative or friend.

If an interpreter or hearing assistance is needed during your hospital stay, please tell us right away.
