Welcome to the Allina Health Human Research Protection Program

The mission of the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP), and its Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), is to protect the rights and welfare of subjects who participate in human subjects research conducted in Allina Health facilities or by Allina Health employees or agents. Allina Health's designated IRBs carry out this mission by providing review and ongoing oversight of human subjects research.

Allina Health has two Institutional Review Boards: Allina 1 and Allina 2. In addition, the Allina Health Human Reserch Protection Program has engaged Quorum Review IRB to review commercially funded studies conducted by Allina Health employees or in Allina Health facilities. (Please refer to the IRB Forms page for more information.)
