Two of the most common health problems in adults are low back pain and neck pain. Pain is often caused by spine muscles that are weakened or out of shape.
Our specially trained physical therapists work with individuals to reduce pain, increase muscle strength and improve posture. They also teach patients how to prevent future problems.
