Parking is available in the ramp directly across the street from the Institute on 24th Street and Park Avenue. Parking costs $3. The automated attendant accepts cash, credit cards and parking tokens. You can purchase a parking token in the hospital. Security officers are available to escort you to your vehicle in the parking ramp. To arrange transportation Surgery patients who are unable to obtain transportation to Phillips Eye Institute can take advantage of our van service, which is provided for patients who live within 20 miles. Transportation arrangements need to be made 48 hours in advance. Patients who live further than 20 miles away may still be able to utilize the service and can ask for details when making an appointment. Please note we do not provide transportation to patients who are having refractive surgery. Phillips Eye Institute is also accessible via public transportation.
