Expanded Piper Breast Center® at the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute - Abbott Northwestern opens

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. 11/08/2010--Piper Breast Center at the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute – Abbott Northwestern Hospital has relocated to Suite 402 in Abbott Northwestern's Piper Building on 913 East 26th Street in Minneapolis.

The expansion includes enhancements, such as

  • the Lumagem® molecular breast imaging system to complement existing diagnostic capacity
  • additional full-field digital mammogram and breast ultrasound systems
  • additional exam and consultation rooms
  • beautifully appointed patient and family conference rooms.
