Online bill payment refund policy

All transactions processed via Allina Health online bill pay are eligible for a refund.

To request a cancellation of payment, please call Allina Health Customer Service at 612-863-0400 or or 1-800-859-5077. Allina Health will process refund within 10 to 30 business days once the overpayment has been identified by Allina Health.
