The 22,000 square-foot clinic was designed with the comforts of patients in mind while incorporating green technology. The building meets LEED standards for storm water management and the builders used low-emitting paints and flooring. The buildings east-west orientation will help with solar heat gain and glare management. And, the north-facing entryway was designed with coils in the sidewalks to keep them from getting icy and a drive-under canopy over the door.
