Southwest Suburbs

Adult education and support - West Suburban Grief Coalition

Ongoing education and support groups for grieving adults. The program is the combined effort of 16 West Suburban area churches and intended to help adults suffering from the loss of a loved one. Each week there are learning, healing and growing experiences offered through professional speakers, videos and breakout sessions.

The Grief Journey - HealthPartners Hospice of the Lakes

The Grief Journey consists of 6 week sessions facilitated by a trained leader that offer both an educational presentation and small group discussion. It is not necessary to be affiliated with HealthPartners to participate. This group is also offered at two other locations in the Twin Cities metro area.

Grieving for a baby is very different than grieving for another loved one. One-on-one support is available to those who need to share their feelings in a safe environment and gain support from others who have had similar experiences.
