Vice President: The head of a small business unit or regional hospital. Has primary responsibility for recommending the strategic direction for the function or business unit consistent with the Allina-wide plans and priorities. Accountable for business unit revenue or corporate expenses for position’s area of responsibility. Interacts with both business unit and corporate VPs on matters impacting multiple functions, business units and/or all of Allina. Normally has multiple Directors reporting to the position.
