Supervisor: Primary responsibility is the implementation of established programs and department assignments. Contributes to the modification or creation of programs and processes. Full supervisory responsibility for staff. Budgetary responsibility for immediate department; primarily in use of staff and supplies. Problem solving primarily impacts immediate department. Majority of staff reporting into this position are nonexempt.
