To make an appointment at the INR Clinic call, 763-688-6421.
Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The INR clinic is a service for patients taking anticoagulation or blood-thinning medicine. Patients are referred to the INR clinic by their provider.
A registered nurse or a physician's assistant helps patients monitor and manage their anticoagulation medicine dose requirements at each visit based on lab results and information patients provide. The clinician informs the patient’s provider of any significant changes.
Visits to the INR clinic replace visits to the Lab but they do not take the place of appointments with a patient’s provider. It’s important for patients to keep regularly scheduled appointments with their provider.
The INR clinic is located on the main floor of the medical center near the Lab.
