Playgrounds and outdoor activities
Playgrounds aren't just for kids; they can be a place for adult activity as well. You could play tag, do pull-ups on the monkey bars and pushups on a picnic bench.

Senior aerobics program for men and women offered at no cost. Classes include balance moves with warm-ups, energized aerobics, cool-down, resistance training, health issues of interest, guest appearances and a devotional closing. Winter in Minnesota gives many options to get active outdoors. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing are great ways to keep active during the long Minnesota winter.
