What Matters Most is You
Abbott Northwestern Hospitalist Service (AHS) consists of board-certified
physicians based at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. Also known as 'hospitalists,'
the AHS physicians work in partnership with the patient's primary physician
to provide the hospitalized patient with an added level of continuous care.
As hospitalists, AHS physicians are responding to an increasing need for inpatient
consultations to specialists and surgeons. Referring physicians appreciate the
increased level of contact with the patient's family and patients benefit from
the additional care.
