Cardiac electrophysiology


An electrophysiologist is a doctor who diagnoses and treats patients who have an abnormal heart rhythm (arrhythmia).

Electrophysiologists complete all the training of a cardiologist (heart doctor), plus at least two more years of training in electrophysiology.
