Physical therapy

Physical therapy uses exercise and manual methods to improve one's ability to move and function.

Physical therapists help people of all ages as they evaluate and treat:

• musculoskeletal problems, including back pain, repetitive stress injuries like carpal tunnel syndrome, and sports injuries
• neurological conditions, such as stroke, head injury or Parkinson's disease.

They can also help you manage pain and restore range of motion after surgery or an injury.
