First trimester: Warning signs
Call your health care provider right away if you have any of these signs:
- vaginal bleeding
- fluid leaking from your vagina
- severe abdominal pain
- nausea and vomiting more than four to five times a day, or if you are unable to keep anything down
- fever of more than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit
- problems with urination (such as pain, burning, and greatly increased frequency)
- headache that doesn't go away after taking acetaminophen (Tylenol®).
