Spend some time in the sun each day. If you plan to be in the sun for more than 15 minutes, be sure to wear an SPF 15 or higher sunscreen. This will help prevent sunburn.

6 tomatoes, preferable Roma (or 3 large tomatoes), chopped
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Fresh lime juice, to taste
1/8 teaspoon oregano, finely crushed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 avocado, diced (black skin) |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in glass bowl.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4 to 5 hours.
