According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, 300 children younger than age 4 die each month in accidents. Most of these accidents could be prevented.

If you have a young child, never leave him unsupervised. Be sure you or an adult whom you trust watches your child at all times.

Your child can run into trouble in your driveway, in the yard, at the playground — just about anywhere.
