Zesty Dijon snack mix
Enjoy this quick and tasty snack when you are on the go.
Ingredients1 ½ cups toasted oat cereal
1 ½ cups corn bran square cereal
1 cup crisp wheat square cereal
1 cup miniature pretzels
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons 75 percent vegetable oil spread, melted
1 package (0.7 ounces) Italian salad dressing mix
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cereals and pretzels.
- In a small bowl, combine mustard, vegetable oil spread and salad dressing mix.
- Pour over the cereal and pretzel mixture, tossing to coat well.
- Spread onto a 15 ½ x 10 ½ inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes, or until mixture is dried. Stir once after 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread on a paper towel to cool.
- Store in a tightly covered container for up to one week.
