Zesty Dijon snack mix

Enjoy this quick and tasty snack when you are on the go.


1 ½ cups toasted oat cereal
1 ½ cups corn bran square cereal
1 cup crisp wheat square cereal
1 cup miniature pretzels
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons 75 percent vegetable oil spread, melted
1 package (0.7 ounces) Italian salad dressing mix


  1. In a large bowl, combine cereals and pretzels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mustard, vegetable oil spread and salad dressing mix.
  3. Pour over the cereal and pretzel mixture, tossing to coat well.
  4. Spread onto a 15 ½ x 10 ½ inch jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes, or until mixture is dried. Stir once after 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and spread on a paper towel to cool.
  7. Store in a tightly covered container for up to one week.
