Turkey burritos

Whether it's for school or work, packing your lunch can save money and help you eat better. These wraps are a nice change from sandwiches on plain bread.

Ingredients

1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
6 six-inch flour tortillas (You can also use whole grain tortillas.)
2 ounces shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 pound sliced turkey breast luncheon meat (You can also use fresh, roasted turkey breast to cut back on sodium*)
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
leaf lettuce

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and seasoning mix.
  2. Spread on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Layer with turkey, tomato and lettuce.
  4. Roll up tortilla. You can serve right away. (You can also secure them in a plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to enjoy later.)
