Sweet cinnamon pumpkin spread

Smear this creamy, lightweight spread on a toasted bagel for breakfast. Pair it with crackers or fresh apple slices to share with friends.


1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed


  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin and sugar. Beat until well blended.
  2. Beat in cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and maple flavoring until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
