1/2 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen (You can also use blueberries, blackberries or raspberries.*)
1 cup low-fat milk (You can also try orange juice.*)
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt (You can also try flavored, low-fat yogurt.*)
1 cup ice cubes

Make sure the blender is covered, then blend on high for 15 to 30 seconds.
