Hummus pesto dip

The high protein and fiber content in chickpeas, the main ingredient in hummus, will help you feel full and satisfied.

Ingredients

1 - 10 ounce container of hummus
1 - 6 ounce container of pesto
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 zucchini, diced
1 tomato, diced

Directions

  1. Spread hummus from the container on a plate.
  2. Spread pesto on top of hummus.
  3. Top with diced zucchini and tomato. Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve with your favorite vegetables, crackers or pita chips.
