Healthy harvest trail mix

This sweet trail mix can be stored in zip-close bags for a quick snack on the go.

1 1/2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Whipped Light Butter
3 tablespoons Splenda®, granular
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups Gerber® Graduates® Puffs, Sweet Potato
1/2 cup Fiber One® cereal
2 pouches Nature Valley® Fruit Crisps, Cinnamon Apple; lightly crushed
1 tablespoon Sunkist® Almond Accents®, Butter Toffee or Honey Roasted

  1. Measure all ingredients so that they are readily available (will help to prevent burning).
  2. Begin by setting out a large piece of foil for the recipe to cool on after it’s prepared.
  3. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine butter, Splenda®, corn syrup and cinnamon. Stir while cooking over low heat. Once mixture is well blended and bubbling, stir in and coat Gerber® Graduates® Puffs and Fiber One® cereal.
  4. Continuously stir for about 2 1/2 minutes, until mixture looks well coated and toasty.
  5. Stir in apple crisps and almonds and remove from heat.
  6. Spread mixture out on foil until cool.
  7. Serve when cooled.
