Fresh vegetable dip

This is a vegetable dip with a kick! Pair it with different colored vegetables for a healthy snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

1 pint 1% low-fat cottage cheese (You can also use fat free.)
Grated onion, to taste
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
Few drops of Tabasco®, to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve with fresh vegetables.
