Application

We appreciate your interest in the United Family Medicine Residency Program and look forward to the opportunity to meet you to provide you with an in-depth look at our program. Our interview process, which runs mid-October through the end of January, will provide you with access to our residents, program director and faculty.

Applications to our residency program will only be accepted through ERAS. Each applications submitted will receive a wholistic review.  Applicants will be notified if they have been selected to participate in the interview process.

All Interviews will be conducted virtually. Applicants will also be scheduled for an informal virtual session with residents during the week of the interview. In addition, we will offer several optional evening virtual sessions to provide applicants with a broader view of the residency program and the opportunity to hear from more of our faculty, residents, and residency graduates. For those who desire an in-person visit, we will offer several evening open houses with tours of United Family Physicians Clinic and United Hospital.

We will be participating in the new signaling option available this year through the Match. Signaling will be conducted in the same manner for all applicants, regardless of whether they have completed a rotation with us as a student.

The following materials are required for interview consideration:

  • Three letters of recommendation. One letter should be from a family physician.
