Kevin Larson is the current CEO/Administrator of Spring Valley Health Care Services, Inc. in Spring Valley, Wisconsin.

McCarty

Claire McCarty, Ph.D.

Vice Chair

Dr. McCarty is a professor at the University of River Falls and has almost 20 years of teaching and consulting experience in the area of management and human resources. Her areas of interest include the development of cases illustrating management practices, issues of sustainability and how to integrate the triple bottom line approach into business education. ethical leadership, negotiations and influence, and systems thinking. Dr. McCarty has been active in international education—teaching in Scotland, Taiwan, Europe, China and taking students to S.E. Asia.

She has published her work in the Labor Law Journal, the Journal of Critical Incidents, Annual Advances in Business Cases, the Business Case Journal, the Journal of Management Development, Training & Development Magazine, and is a co-author of Labor Agreement Negotiations. She has her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a doctorate from Ohio State. Dr. McCarty lives in River Falls taking care of the pets her college-aged sons have left behind—three cats, one crazy dog, and a snake.

Steven Leitch

Steve Leitch is the owner of the Leitch Insurance Agency in River Falls, Wisconsin. He moved to River Falls after receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance from UW-Madison. Steve and is wife, Lori, have found River Falls to be a great place to raise their four sons. Steve has enjoyed being active serving both the insurance industry and his community. He has served on the board of his state insurance association, as well as local community organizations including the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, River Falls Community Fund, and St Croix Valley Restorative Justice Program. He's also a member of the Police & Fire Commission and the Ambulance Commission and enjoys being part of the River Falls Rotary Club.

Jennifer O’Neill

Foundation Chair

Jennifer O’Neill is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), Jennifer O’Neill specializes in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment, Jennifer appreciates the confidence and trust of her clients as she guides them through important personal decisions. Jennifer is an honored graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN, Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Minnesota. She is the only CELA licensed in both WI and MN and is accredited to assist with veteran’s benefits. Jennifer is an active volunteer and vital member of the communities of Hudson and River Falls. She is Vice Chair of the River Falls Area Hospital Fund, Member of the Board of Directors of the Elder Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar, and Co-Chair of the Legislative Subcommittee, the Treasurer of the Foster Family Community Foundation created to build a non-profit community center for River Falls, Wisconsin.

Terry McKay

Trustee

Terry McKay, a River Falls, Wisconsin native, is an award winning RE/MAX Realtor who’s “clients come first” philosophy carries over into everything she does. Terry has a background in Accounting, holds a GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), and holds Real Estate Broker licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Within the community of River Falls, Terry has also raised her four children, and enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren.

As a high energy and positive person, her ability to establish, maintain, and leverage relationships has proven valuable to the school, church, city and civic organizations she has been a part of. Terry is a currently a member of the Business Improvement District Board, with two years as President; was 2015 Rotarian of the Year and is active working on Rotarian fundraising projects. Terry is also a member of the River Falls Chamber, honored to be the 2015 Chamber Champion, a River Falls Bacon Bash board member and emcee of the popular River Falls Days' parade. As an Ezekiel Lutheran Church Council member, Terry was responsible for hiring and managing a fundraising firm for the Church’s building project.

In addition to involvement in numerous other community and fundraising events, Terry continues to be energized by helping people achieve their American dream—one home at a time.

Vince Seidling

Vince began his Edward Jones career in 2009 as a financial advisor in River Falls. He has been active in business and civic affairs in River Falls for many years. Vince is also a member of River Falls Area Hospital Foundation and a volunteer with River Falls Lions Club, Rotary Club and serves as an ambassador for the River Falls Chamber of Commerce. In 2012, Vince received the Lion of the Year Award from the River Falls Lions Club and in 2013 he received the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award given for exemplary service to the Lions Club and the community in which it serves. Also in 2013, Vince received the Ambassador of the Year from the River Falls Chamber of Commerce and in 2014 he received Rotarian of the Year from the River Falls Rotary Club.
