    Join us every Thursday for six weeks from 5:30- 8 p.m. at Koda Living Community to learn about managing chronic diseases. Participants will learn to manage ongoing health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, heart disease and others. This class is free.   Learn more.
