5 cups cored, peeled and chopped apples (such as
Jonathan or Granny Smith)
1 cup sugar
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
