    Blueberry coconut smoothie

    Blueberries are packed with antioxidants! Antioxidants can help to prevent cell damage, reducing your risk of heart disease, cancer and memory loss.


    1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
    1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
    1 cup fat-free milk
    1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
    4 sprigs fresh mint


    1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender. Blend for 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth.
    2. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish each with a sprig of fresh mint.
    3. Serve immediately.

    Makes 4 servings
