    Mental illness or emotional problems can affect anyone. If you or a loved one is having difficulties coping, it's important to know you do not have to struggle alone.

    Half of all Americans will experience a mental illness during their lifetime. The numbers of U.S. adults (age 18 and older) who suffer from mental illnesses:
